What it is

Program overview

A nonprofit AAU program centered on skills, strength and conditioning, basketball IQ and team play. Older select teams connect to SF Soldiers pathways while younger teams emphasize local development.

Season
Multiple seasons with separate tryouts. The published 2026 spring/summer program included twice-weekly team practices and optional Monday/Wednesday skills sessions.
Who it serves
Published 2026 offerings included boys from 2nd grade through 16U and girls from 6th–8th grade; offerings can change by season and tryout demand.
